Free Shipping - Allow up to 7 days for delivery although delivery is normally quicker.

Priority Shipping - Despatched sameday. Delivery is usually next day but can take 2-3 days.

Guaranteed Next Day - Despatched on a courrier service for guaranteed delivery before 5pm the following day. Orders must be placed before 3pm for delivery the next day. Orders after 3pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery does not include weekend days.

Guaranteed Next Morning - Despatched on a courrier service for guaranteed delivery before 1pm the following day. Orders must be placed before 3pm for delivery the next morning. Orders after 3pm cannot be guaranteed for next morning delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery does not include weekend days.

Guaranteed Next Day Saturday Delivery - Despatched on a courrier service for guaranteed delivery before 1pm on Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3pm for Saturday morning delivery. Orders after 3pm cannot be guaranteed for Saturday morning delivery.

If you need your order the next day and call us between 3pm and 4.30pm we can normally arrange this but you will be charged a shipping cost. If you wish to receive guaranteed next day delivery then you can select the Next Day Delivery option at the checkout. This is charged at only £4.95 and provided you order before 3pm you will have your goods the next day.

If for any reason we cannot ship your order to you for the next day you will receive it within 7 days in 99% of all cases and we will always keep you informed of you order status. If an item is out of stock you will receive an email or telephone call within a few working hours of placing your order - please check your emails after placing an order just in case!

If we ever fail to ship you order within 7 working days then we will send you a free gift with your order of a minimum value of £7.50 by way of an apology. Don't hold you breath though we don't give out many free gifts!!
