About Us Just Paintball was set up many moons ago by Jim Mann with the sole aim of providing good quality products at excellent prices. The business has since grown to be one of the largest in the UK and Europe and is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Jim still owns the business but leaves it to his team of dedicated staff to make sure your orders are packed and shipped. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Solo - we can now also accept Visa Electron payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Just Paintball has a number of different shipping options which you can choose from at the point of placing your order.

Free Shipping - Allow up to 7 days for delivery although delivery is normally quicker.

Priority Shipping - Despatched sameday. Delivery is usually next day but can take 2-3 days.

Guaranteed Next Day - Despatched on a courrier service for guaranteed delivery before 5pm the following day. Orders must be placed before 3pm for delivery the next day. Orders after 3pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery does not include weekend days.

Guaranteed Next Morning - Despatched on a courrier service for guaranteed delivery before 1pm the following day. Orders must be placed before 3pm for delivery the next morning. Orders after 3pm cannot be guaranteed for next morning delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery does not include weekend days.

Guaranteed Next Day Saturday Delivery - Despatched on a courrier service for guaranteed delivery before 1pm on Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3pm for Saturday morning delivery. Orders after 3pm cannot be guaranteed for Saturday morning delivery.

The default option for shipping is the Free Shipping service.

The above shipping rates are based on our standard charges for UK Mainland deliveries. We can ship anywhere in the world but charges will vary.

Free delivery is not available on telephone orders. You will be able to select a delivery option when you place your order by phone.

If you require paintballs before a weekend you must place your order before 3pm on Thursday if you're ordering online or before 4.30pm on Thursday if you're ordering by phone.

Please note: Paintballs are fragile and are occasionally damaged in transit. We advise that you check all packages on receipt and notify the delivery driver of any damage. We cannot compensate you for damaged paintballs if they have been signed for as "received in good condition".

Back Orders We do not guarantee that all items on our website are in stock although we do hold most items in stock at all times. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use Protx for secure capture of details and our site is padlock certified as secure.
